Technicians perform tasks in the process of creating dental appliances prescribed by Dentists such as crowns, bridges, dentures, night guards to name a few.

Trainees are needed for multiple departments all with very different job tasks. Primary task be manual tasks such as pouring plaster molds making models of teeth and mounting on articulator or scanning models into software for CAD/CAM manufacturing.

Having great manual dexterity, visualization, attention to detail, and in some cases computer skills are characteristics that can help you succeed in this field.

Trainees will get reviews every 3 months for their first year of employment giving them many opportunities to advance their pay depending how quickly they learn.
