Limited Warranty

This warranty applies to all dental appliances manufactured by Drake Dental Laboratory. The appliance is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for the specified period from the delivery date.

Conditions for Warranty to Apply

  1. A licensed practicing dentist must insert the prosthesis.

  2. The patient must adhere to a semi-annual dental maintenance program, including cleaning and exams, in the office of a licensed practicing dentist. The attending dentist must document the maintenance schedule at each visit to validate this warranty.

  3. Within the limitations of this warranty, the prosthesis, written work authorization, and, when requested, verification of semi-annual dental maintenance must be shipped to Drake Dental Laboratory.

  4. If the account is not current with payments, all warranties shall be null and void.

What is Covered

Repair or replacement of the appliance.

What is Not Covered

  1. Cash refund of the prosthesis.

  2. Costs incurred for the removal or reinsertion of the appliance.

  3. Repairs resulting from accident, neglect, abuse, failure of supportive tooth or tissue structures, improper adjustments, or improper dental hygiene.

  4. Incidental or consequential damages, including inconvenience, lost wages, or pain and suffering.

  5. Implant, cosmetic, or precision attachment cases.

  6. Shipping costs for repairs.

Warranty Period

The warranty period begins from the specified date after delivery.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is in place of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, and may not be modified or extended by any agent, employee, representative, or distributor of Drake Dental Laboratory.
