The Concinnity Aligners Are a
Custom Clear Aligner System
They are a series of doctors (orthodontist or dentist) prescribed clear plastic removable aligners that are used as alternatives to traditional orthodontic wires and brackets for the alignment of maloccluded or misaligned teeth.
This series of aligners moves the teeth gently, and in small increments, from their original misalignment to their final treated position for improved dental alignment.

"This was a very difficult case that was brought together with seamless communication and planning with Lee's team at Drake Dental Lab. This patient came to me with a heavily restored and failing dentition. Years of mismatched restorative work left us with a handful of restored implants in the anterior, lack of posterior support, and many crowns and bridges with non-restorable secondary decay. The patient was looking for a permanent option that would restore his teeth to what they once were, so we knew implants were his best option.
With the help of Drake Lab and ITX Pros, a full implant planning workup was done which would include adding additional implants to the upper arch for support, as well as preparing the lower arch for an implant retained hybrid denture.
Due to the positioning of the patient's existing implants in the upper arch, we were forced to work with what we had and carefully plan where to add additional implants. Two additional implants were then added in the posterior. An FP1 restoration was what we decided on, where custom angle-corrected abutments were utilized for optimal strength and esthetics.
On the lower arch, we were left with a blank slate which was ideal for a hybrid denture approach. Once adequate bone reduction was completed, four implants were placed in the mandible. The final result was an FP3 restoration, which was reinforced with a Panthera substructure bar for optimal strength and support.
The final result speaks for itself. The patient, and myself, could not be happier with how this case turned out. Lee's team at Drake are true professionals and the quality of their work is exemplary."
